Track your order
Enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. We send it as soon as your order ships, usually within 1–3 business days of your order.
Good to know
- Delivery time: US orders usually arrive 7–12 business days after they ship (Alaska and Hawaii: up to 5 business days more). We also ship to Canada, Australia and New Zealand; see shipping by country.
- No updates yet? The first scan can take 2–5 business days to show up. There can also be a few quiet days in transit.
- New tracking number: your package may be handed to a local carrier, such as USPS, with a new number. Tracking should still work with the first one.
- More than one package: items can ship separately. Check each tracking number in your shipping emails.
Something wrong?
If tracking hasn't changed in 10 business days, your order is late, or it says delivered but you didn't get it, email support@hairecover.com with your order number. We'll sort it out.
