About our devices
Use our devices only as described in the instructions, and read all warnings and contraindications before use. Our devices are personal care devices designed for scalp care routines. They have not been cleared or approved by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent hair loss or any other disease, unless the product page clearly states an FDA 510(k) clearance, its number, and its cleared use. FDA clearance is not FDA approval.
Light and laser devices: do not look directly into the light source, and keep them away from children. Do not use on broken or irritated skin, or if you are photosensitive or taking photosensitizing medication, unless your doctor approves. People with pacemakers or other implanted electronic devices should not use high-frequency devices. Each device's manual and product page list its specific warnings and contraindications; read them before first use.
About our topical products (serums, oils, tonics, shampoos)
Our topical products are cosmetics intended to cleanse, condition, and improve the look and feel of hair and scalp. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, including hair loss conditions such as alopecia. Always do a patch test before first use. Stop use and ask a doctor if irritation or a rash appears. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
About dietary supplements
For any dietary supplement we sell: these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Supplements containing biotin can interfere with some lab tests; tell your doctor you are taking biotin before any blood test. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children.
Reporting a side effect

We use these reports to keep our products safe and report them to regulators when required.
