SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to the Hairecover text message program operated by AZZARI COMPANY LLC d/b/a Hairecover ("Hairecover," "we").
1. What you're signing up for
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Hairecover at the mobile number you provide, such as offers, product news, cart reminders, and order updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
2. Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We will not send marketing texts before 8 a.m. or after 8 p.m. in your local time, based on your area code and address, and we will not send you more than 3 marketing texts in any 24-hour period.
3. How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We also honor other reasonable ways of opting out, such as replying "cancel," "end," "quit," "unsubscribe," "revoke," or "opt out," or emailing support@hairecover.com. You will receive one message confirming that you've been unsubscribed, and we will stop sending marketing texts promptly, and in any case within 10 business days. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again.
4. Help
Reply HELP for help, or email support@hairecover.com.
5. Your number
You confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide and that you are at least 18. If you change or give up your number, please reply STOP first.
6. Carriers
Supported carriers include major carriers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. Your information is used as described in our Privacy Policy. We use SMSGo (Zegsu Software Solutions LLP) and Shopify to send messages.
8. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.
