Reviews Policy

Reviews help people decide, so they have to be real. This is how we collect and show them.

Who can leave a review

Reviews marked "Verified Buyer" come from customers who bought the product from hairecover.com. If we publish a review from someone who did not buy from us (for example, a person who received the product as a gift), it will not carry that badge. We do not copy reviews from other websites or marketplaces, and we do not write, buy, or generate reviews, including with AI.

How we ask for reviews

About 21 days after delivery, we may email you asking for an honest review. We ask every customer, not just the ones we think are happy.

Incentives

We do not offer anything in exchange for reviews: no discounts, gifts, or payments.

We publish good and bad reviews

We publish all reviews that follow the guidelines below, whatever their star rating. We do not hide, delay, or remove reviews because they are negative. Our star averages include all published reviews. Reviews about delivery or customer service are published too.

What we may remove or not publish

We apply these rules equally to positive and negative reviews. We may remove reviews that:

  • Contain personal information (such as phone numbers or addresses), profanity, hate speech, harassment, or sexual content;
  • Are clearly unrelated to our products or service (for example, ads for other products);
  • Are spam, fake, or written by someone with a conflict of interest;
  • Contain medical claims or advice to other readers that could be unsafe (we may contact you to edit rather than remove).

Employees and family

Our employees, contractors, and their family members may not post reviews of our products without clearly disclosing that connection.

Photos and your content

Photos you upload are shown with your review. We will ask your permission before using your review or photo in advertising.

Creators and testimonials

If we pay a creator or send them free products, any content they post about us must be labeled (for example, #ad or "Paid partnership"). Testimonials reflect individual experiences; results vary.

Our replies

We may reply publicly to reviews, especially to help with a problem. We never pressure customers to change or remove a review.
